San Francisco Invisalign Store
Invisalign has made huge announcement today that they will be opening a physical store in San Francisco to allow prospective patients and curious minds the ability to interact with and experience their product. They will also be offering patients to have their teeth and bite scanned with an iTero Element to see an Outcome Simulation of their smile. If they would like to move forward with the next step in treatment, they will be connected with an experience Invisalign provider to have their care professionally managed and will be able to choose from special financing packages Invisalign will be offering.
Amazon, Warby Parker, and other eCommerce driven companies have branched out to integrate physical spaces to a broader, omni-channel strategy to connect with their consumers. As it has been described to me, the concept they are piloting is similar to Bonobos’ Guideshops providing customers an opportunity to ask questions about Invisalign outside of a doctor’s office and for the instant gratification of signing up with a local provider of their choice right in the store.
